At Shaking Tails, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Perishable goods (like food or treats), grooming items, or personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us on Whatsapp with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
